Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register one (1) account on the 77dc platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

77dc reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
